Four weeks of construction work at Manor Farm. To include making rabbit and guinea-pig enclosures in the farmyard to house standard and a pair of Flemish Giant rabbits. Square welded mesh to be dug in along new boundaries with help from BenS. Additional mesh to be dug in along some existing boundaries.
Please bring all post hole tools and drivers and fencing tools. Additionally bring a spade for hand digging of some trenches. We’re likely to have the trailer brought around for easy access to all tools, just in case.
We may be asked to assemble/erect an open-fronted animal shelter like we’ve previously made 5 of. Also assembly of a large rabbit hutch kits.

Week 1. Good progress all round. Ben finished trench excavation Monday.
Week 2. More trench digging out by hand. Lots of trench filling in. Some woodworking. All achieved.
Week 3. More internal fence construction and making the rabbit underpass which will require a lot of timber cutting. Ray bringing savory snacks. Progressed well despite the lack of some tools.
Week 4. Finish internal mesh fences, picket gates. Assemble rabbit hutch in area D. Replace 6″ slamming post on the field gate into the Pumpkin Patch field.
