What we do?

The Wednesday Conservation Volunteers are a roving  group of volunteers in South Hampshire who undertake practical conservation tasks to enhance and create valuable habitats and improve public access to them.

Who do we help?

Our aim is to assist land managers to meet their responsibilities for conservation. We work for Hampshire Countryside Services, National Trust, Hampshire Wildlife Trust, the Borough, Parish and Town Councils of Totton, West End, Bursledon, Hound, English Nature, Southern Water and the Butterfly Conservation Society.

What do you achieve?

Learn new rural skills, build your confidence with the camaraderie of friends. Enjoy working outside in the best of Hampshire’s countryside knowing you’re making a active contribution to nature conservation.
