This is a change of task at Martin’s request.

We recently cut back thick brambles to reveal broken fences and broken rain ware. We’re going back to affect repairs so that cows may be stocked in the field. Task leader JohnR.

The fence line is clear and all strainer posts are in. There remains 36 intermediate posts to be driven in and 3 strands of barbed wire to be stapled on.  For those not up to driving in posts (wearing hard hats) there will be planting of hedge whips to be done.

Please bring personal fencing tools, earth auger. The trailer will not be present. Geoff will bring a post rammer and hand strainers. Picnic in the barn. Dennis bringing birthday cakes.

Please keep off the grass verge and park on the side of the road with the access gate.
