Meet in the farm yard. The trailer and perhaps four other vehicles can then drive to, or nearby, the working site by the (far ) bridge. The rest can park at the farm and the drivers of the those cars can be ferried , or walk, to the site along the main track. That will also give us an emergency vehicle on site if needed.
