Two week of work for Eastleigh Borough Council at Itchen Valley Country Park. Somewhere over the water meadows (shown below) there is 200m of fencing to be replaced along the Itchen Navigation.  Local staff will clear the line to give us a clear run at removing and installing new stock fence. Kevin to lead in his home from home.

Park in the first carpark by 09.30 please and get a volunteer parking ticket before heading off to the work location. Bring your hard hat and fencing tools if you have your own.

Follow the yellow dirt road.

Come in wellies or other high&dry footwear but let’s hope water levels have subsided somewhat.
