Two weeks of hedge laying at Hinton Ampner along the Kilmeston road in the Itchen Field where we replaced fences on our last visit.

In week 1 we will start by splitting the group. Rod will head off with a foraging party cutting stakes and binders from the local countryside. Geoff will lead the remainder clearing out the hedge line prior to laying. Target set at 80 meters.

Some folks will be working in the road so please make sure you bring your high viz vest.

Week 2. Most folks should continue to park in the layby and walk to the same picnic spot.  Those bringing heavy equipment or mobility-impaired members may park up on the verge at the work site.
