Hampshire Hedge laying for 2 weeks North of Compton Village. Geoff leading day 1 having done site survey. Barry leading day 2 .

See the venue notes for getting there. From the farmyard collect all the tools you will need and head uphill into a field and over towards the top of the hedge on the right.

The barbed wire fence on this side will have been removed and most of the brash and brambles at ground level cleared away from this side of the hedge. Ellie will provide 60m (or more) of materials but other teams will work further on this hedge after us.

We will need 2 chainsaws for the chunkier trunks.

The tool trailer will not be available for week 2 at this venue. Take needed tools home in cars at the end of day 1.
