At Itchen valley country park there is a new bridge over one of the streams where there was previously a ford. (  ///cooks.elaborate.help ) Our task is to build a fence on each side of the bridge to reduce the risk of people falling off the edge or onto the low embankment. There will be a combination of post & rail and stock fence. The work site is about a 10 minute walk from the car park. There will be vehicle assistance to help transport our gear. Parking will be in the first car park on the right ( ///short.clean.unfair ) . It is now a free entry carpark but you have to pay to get out. Ben will issue QR code vouchers for us to use in the payment machines before we leave. You has to register your number plate in the pay machine and the voucher will grant free exit at the barriers.
