Two weeks engaged in scrub clearing, felling and burning to keep the carr out of the fen, extending from the area we worked on last year.  HCS would like all cut material to be burned on site by the end of day 2. Barry will be task leader and confirms that the ground will be wet with wellies recommended. Chainsaw and hedge trimmers will be deployed so bring hard hat and ear protection if you have it please.
