From the Clock roundabout in Warsash drive  past the Maritime Academy, along Newtown Road and Hook Park Road to Cowes Lane. Park on Cowes Lane itself if your car prefers to stay off the grass or in the field straight ahead at the end of Cowes Lane, as shown by the pin on the map.

First of three days of fencing for HCC. Task leader Geoff . Repair corral fence. Remove and replace 55m stock fence topped with wire. Easy. Refer to venue above for directions

A day NOT by the Warsash shore for the Southern Sites team. NOT Cutting back the ingress of hedges into the left-hand side of the footpath that runs for 240m from the end of Cowes Lane to the seashore. There will  NOT  be a bonfire in the adjacent field. JohnR NOT to lead the task. […]

Removal of corse and old burned fence along the Hook/Warsash shore. Task leader JohnR. Bonfire to vapourise the cut gorse and old fence posts. A contractor will be installing a new line of fencing.
