Events at: Sandy Point, Hayling Island

From Havant drive South down the A3023. Go left at the Lidl roundabout and continue South to Hayling seafront where you turn left along Sea Front road.

Drive along the coast until the road bears left away from the sea, then turn right into Southwood Road following the sign for the lifeboat station.   Continue to follow signs for the lifeboat station, left up Creek Rd and right along Sandy Point Rd which continues straight ahead onto Seafarers Walk (with a cul-de-sac sign).

Park in the field indicated by the pin as there is little space along Seafarers Walk.

A day for the Southern Sites team cutting and burning gorse as we did in September. (Expect the February weather to be colder) All powered and handrolic cutting tools on duty please. Tom to lead our labours.

Cutting back more gorse. and assorted scrub with a bonfire. All forms of cutting tool required,  and PPE of course. Tom to lead the task. Adey will be doughnut monitor. 🍩
