Events at: Cowes Lane, East gate

From the Clock roundabout in Warsash drive  past the closed Maritime Academy, along Newtown Road and Hook Park Road to Cowes Lane. Park on Cowes Lane itself if your car prefers to stay off the grass or park in the field ON THE LEFT at the end of the tarmac, as shown by the pin on the map.

Work for Martin’s  HCS team. Two weeks planting 75 trees in the field bounded by Workman’s Lane and Cowes Lane. Also installing a protective cage around each tree. Ben and a ranger from Titchfield Haven will use diggers to do most of the groundwork. JohnR and Geoff will share task leadership over the large site. […]
